How does check-in and check-out work?
CHECK-IN (from 3 pm)
You will receive an e-mail via our digital assistant one day before your arrival asking you to complete the registration form.
As soon as you have completed the registration form digitally, you will receive the access code for our main entrance from around 9 am on the day of your arrival.
Online check-in is possible from 3 pm on your day of arrival via our digital assistant. You will then receive your appartment number. A self-service terminal is also available in the lobby.
You can also use your smartphone to open the door to your flat. If you need a key card, you can obtain one at any time from the self-service terminal in the lobby.
CHECK-OUT (until 11 am)
On your day of departure, you can check out contactlessly using our digital assistant. You will receive your invoice electronically a few minutes after you have successfully checked out.
Are pets allowed in the appartments?
Pets are not allowed in our appartments. Thank you for your understanding.
Is there a car parking at the accommodation?
Subject to availability, we offer paid parking. We charge a daily fee of EUR 25.00 for these parking spaces. Please contact us directly!

Where can luggage be deposited before and after the stay?
We provide our guests with a luggage room with lockers free of charge. The room is open daily from 8am to 8pm. You can store your luggage here before and after your stay.
